What is PibSpeex ?

Potential Index Batteries - Situation Specific Evaluation Expert (PIBSpeex) consists of 71 source competencies against which candidates can be assessed for specific potential e.g. leadership, verbal, non-verbal, clerical, technical, communication, etc. The PIBSpeex is complimented by the Job Profiling Expert (JPE). The JPE system facilitates the determination and the important weights per competence, as they relate to a specific job. The resulting Job specification becomes the basis for PIBSpeex battery selection during the assessment phase of the assessment process. PIBSpeex also allows for dynamic competence battery compilations, single test applications and ranking of large groups of assesses. The PIBSpeex system enables full on-line assessments, auto scoring and report writing.
